Equipment Can Be Expensive...
Here Are A Few Tricks
Use straps purchased on Amazon to make a kip drill strap. Wrap the strap around the bar to make a loop and place feet inside the loop. Adjust based on height needs. Also use it for hollow shapes swings into a regrip.

Use furniture sliders from Walmart for conditioning. They are great for core workouts and bar progressions. For $7 you can get 4 or 6 of them!


Use carpet squares with fun designs either painted on or taped on to make a fun vaulting station. Use it on the board to teach punching the board, before the board to teach a long hurdle, or after the board to teach the landing.
